Kitchen fully equiped, rooms and living room equiped. If you already have your furniture, we can arrange it and take out our furniture from the flat. Tram stop around the corner, 5min or 3 stops by tram up to the major city center stop Alsace Lorraine, 10 min by bike (bicycle path) Quiet and safe area (private houses and buildings). Tram runs until 1am and starts at 5.30 am. Access securized to the buidling (entrance), park and trees surrounding the building. Supermarket U accross the corner, Monoprix at 1 tram stop or Lidl 5min walk, Parking available (if you have a car it is convenient you have access to the private parking of the building, the city of Grenoble has started a “no car” policy and has limited parking spaces in the city so having a private parking included is a plus, knowing renting a private parking or a garage is about 100€ per month, with this flat it is included! No need to rent a parking somewhere else) Heating with gas. Do not hesitate to contact me for further info. We also have a basement if you need to put your bikes or skis in it.
