Bright, well-exposed, sunny. View on all Grenoble mountains, on the trees with a sunny balcony. Birds singing in the garden, very peaceful. Ideal for a pleasant stay during your year in Grenoble.

Individual rent contract per room, ideally 1 semester or 1 year rent prefferred.
Kitchen fully equiped, rooms and living room equiped. If you already have your furniture, we can arrange it and take out our furniture from the flat.
Tram stop around the corner, 5min or 3 stops by tram up to the major city center stop Alsace Lorraine, 10 min by bike (bicycle path)
Quiet and safe area (private houses and buildings). Tram runs until 1am and starts at 5.30 am. Access securized to the buidling (entrance), park and trees surrounding the building. Supermarket U accross the corner, Monoprix at 1 tram stop or Lidl 5min walk,
Parking available (if you have a car it is convenient you have access to the private parking of the building, the city of Grenoble has started a “no car” policy and has limited parking spaces in the city so having a private parking included is a plus, knowing renting a private parking or a garage is about 100€ per month, with this flat it is included! No need to rent a parking somewhere else)
Heating with gas.

We also have a basement if you need to put your bikes or skis in it. It is included in the price. We will give you the keys if you wish.
Strong plus : we are not busy business men but “small” and available owners and we were students ourselves a few years ago. This has a few advantages :
-We know how it is to live far from one’s hometown and back in time, we had to live in flats in bad condition with “nasty” owners.
-That’s why today we want to offer the best experience to our tenants with comfort and a nice place!
-We are available during the lease if you need anything, we’ ll come fast to answer your question or help in case you need it (for example: it is not our style to send you a technician and charge you for a simple thing like if you don’t know how to switch on the boiler!)
